• For all type of Marks Card request and Certificate correction Original Marks Cards / Certificate has to be submited to the University along with this application. After processing your request Marks Card will be sent to the concerned college. Candidate has to collect it from the respective college.
• Incase of loss of Marks Cards / Certificate, applicant has to attach the FIR copy and court affidavit in original.
• For all Other type request applicant need not send any physical copies to the University, online application and fee payment is sufficient to process the request.
• The application is to be sent to The Registrar (Evaluation), Mangalore University, Mangalagangotri, Konaje, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka, India, Pin Code: 574 199.
• If incomplete / wrong information is given, the application will be rejected, and the fee paid is non refundable under any circumstance.
• After successful submission of application, Reference Number will be generated. All the future communication is based on your Reference number. So kindly keep your Reference number safe.
• Applicant can check the progress of his/her application, by entering Reference number and his/her Registration Number / Phone Number.
